What is credit? How is it different to subscription?

If you have enough credit balance, you can process your session with paid features by consuming the credits. You can check in the Pricing page how many credits are needed for different session scenarios. The key difference of credit and subscription is that the credit is never expired. You can use it anytime you want. Also, the sessions by credit are not counted for the monthly session limit. It's ideal if you only have a few meetings per month, or you are not sure how many you will have.

What online meeting platforms does Ntro.io support?

Ntro.io supports all meeting platforms that are available in Web or Desktop version, including Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, WhatsApp, Slack, Lark, Telegram, Discord and Ntro.io Demo Page. You can also use Ntro.io in arbitrary website for AI interviews and online code assessments.

How can I get referral reward or cancel the subscription?

You can get the reward or cancel/upgrade your current subscription plan in the dashboard.

What's the system requirement for Ntro.io?

Ntro.io Chrome Extension Copilot works with the latest version of Chrome web browser. Ntro.io Desktop Observer supports Windows (10, 11) and MacOS. Ntro.io Web Console can work on any devices with web browsers. Ntro.io Mobile Console is for Android and iOS mobile devices.

How can I qualify for the Student Plan?

The Student Plan offers a discounted package for US college students and includes the same features as the Standard Plan, which is ideal for job seekers and freelancers. The only difference is that the Student Plan supports Online Assessment in addition, to help students with online examinations and certification awards. To qualify, sign up on Ntro.io using your .edu email address and subscribe to the Student Plan. You will need to verify your student email every three months to confirm your current enrollment.

What restrictions are there in Demo Sessions?

Ntro.io Demo Session has NO restriction in any angles. You can experience as many times as you want. In a Demo Session, you can use all advanced features without any limitation, even if you are a free Starter Plan user. Moreover, Demo Sessions are not counted as the monthly sessions. I'm in a Standard Plan, but can't activate a session with error message: "You have reached to the monthly session limit."

The most frequent reason of this issue is because you have exceeded the monthly session limit. As per Ntro.io Terms of Service, account sharing across multiple users is prohibited. To prevent from sharing paid accounts, we restrict Standard Plan accounts with the number of sessions every month. Basically it's 20 sessions, which is enough for a normal person. If you think this is not your case or you didn't share your account with others, please feel free to contact us.
