You can check in the Pricing page how many credits are needed for different meeting scenarios. The key difference of credit and subscription is that the credit is never expired. You can use it anytime you want. Also, the meetings by credit are not counted for the monthly meeting limit. It's ideal if you only have a few meetings per month, or you are not sure how many you will have.
