I'm in a Standard Plan, but can't activate a session with error message: "You have reached to the monthly session limit."

The most frequent reason of this issue is because you have exceeded the monthly session limit. As per Ntro.io Terms of Service, account sharing across multiple users is prohibited. To prevent from sharing paid accounts, we restrict Standard Plan accounts with the number of sessions every month. Basically it's 20 sessions, which is enough for a normal person. If you think this is not your case or you didn't share your account with others, please feel free to contact us.
