What is credit? How is it different to subscription?

If you have enough credit balance, you can process your meeting with paid features by consuming the credits. You can check in the Pricing page how many credits are needed for different meeting scenarios. The key difference of credit and subscription is that the credit is never expired. You can use it anytime you want. Also, the meetings by credit are not counted for the monthly meeting limit. It's ideal if you only have a few meetings per month, or you are not sure how many you will have.

What online meeting platforms does Ntro.io support?

Ntro.io supports all meeting platforms that are available in Web version, including Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Slack, Skype, Lark, Telegram, Discord and Ntro.io Demo Page. You can also use Ntro.io in arbitrary website for AI interviews and online code assessments.

How can I get referral reward or cancel the subscription?

You can get the reward or cancel/upgrade your current subscription plan in the dashboard.

What's the system requirement for Ntro.io?

Ntro.io app is a Chrome extension. You should do your meetings with Chrome web browser to use Ntro.io copilot. For the best performance, we recommend you to keep the latest version of Chrome. Our tech team is hard working to extend the supported environments to other web browsers and desktop apps.

How can I qualify for the Student Plan?

The Student Plan offers a discounted package for US college students and includes the same features as the Standard Plan, which is ideal for job seekers and freelancers. The only difference is that the Student Plan has a monthly interview limit of 30, compared to 60 for the Standard Plan. To qualify, sign up on Ntro.io using your .edu email address and subscribe to the Student Plan. You will need to verify your student email every three months to confirm your current enrollment.

What restrictions are there in demo interview?

Ntro.io demo interview has ZERO restriction in any angles. You can experience as many times as you want. In demo interview, you can use all advanced features without any limitation, even if you are a free Starter Plan user. Moreover, demo interviews are not counted as the monthly interviews. Can't believe it? But no worries, and enjoy yourself!

Does Ntro.io Interview Copilot use ChatGPT?

Yes, we leverage LLM like ChatGPT which is fine tuned for actual interview scenario.

Is Ntro.io Interview Copilot legal?

Absolutely, yes. We don't encourage illegal usage of our product. Also, we don't believe that we can help a truck driver pass Senior DevOps Engineer interview. We developed this product to fight against the unfairness that you fail the interview only because you don't have infinite memory or you lack of meeting agility. All the hints and solutions Ntro.io provides are no more than what you are supposed to figure out yourself if you have enough time. If you can't, nothing can help you.

Is Ntro.io free?

A lot of users are using Ntro.io freely. There are some limitations, but you can still access most of its features. If you want advanced support without any limitations, please consider upgrade of your plan.

I'm in a Standard Plan, but can't start interview with error message: "Too many interviews within a month."

The most frequent reason of this issue is because you have exceeded the monthly interview limit. As per Ntro.io Terms of Service, account sharing across multiple users is prohibited. To prevent from sharing paid accounts, we restrict Standard Plan accounts with the number of unlimited interviews every month. Basically it's 60 interviews, which is enough for a normal person. If you think this is not your case or you didn't share your account with others, please feel free to contact us.

I can't find my payment method.
